🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Most Australian orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. In some cases — particularly during peak periods — delivery may take up to 21 days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel the whole way.

Where do you ship from?

Zuirr is an Australian-owned brand and our products are dispatched internationally. Depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.

All delivery timeframes and tracking details are provided at checkout and via your dispatch confirmation email.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes — every Zuirr order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.

Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update
  • Check with neighbours or your building manager in case the parcel was left with them
  • Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct
  • Check with your local post office using your tracking number

If your parcel is confirmed lost, contact us at support@zuirr.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days. Shipping costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Will the heated seat cover fit my car?

Our heated seat covers are designed as a universal fit — they're built to sit over your existing seat without any permanent modifications, and are compatible with the vast majority of standard car, SUV, ute, van, and truck seats.

If you're unsure whether it'll fit your specific vehicle, send us a message at support@zuirr.com before ordering and we'll confirm for you.

Does it plug into a standard cigarette lighter socket?

Yes — our heated seat covers are powered via your vehicle's 12V or 24V cigarette lighter socket (also known as an accessory socket). If your car has one of these sockets, you're good to go.

They are not compatible with USB-A or USB-C ports as these don't provide sufficient power for the heating elements.

Can I use it in a truck or 24V vehicle?

Yes. Our heated seat covers support both 12V and 24V input, making them suitable for standard passenger cars as well as trucks, vans, and other commercial vehicles with a 24V system.

Is it safe to use? What safety features does it have?

Yes — safety was a key consideration in the products we chose to carry. Each Zuirr heated seat cover includes:

  • 50-minute auto shut-off — automatically powers down if you forget to turn it off
  • Voltage protection — stops operating if your vehicle's battery voltage drops too low
  • Short circuit protection — flame-retardant cigarette lighter plug with built-in short circuit protection
  • Nickel alloy heating wire — even heat distribution with high temperature resistance
We recommend not leaving the seat cover running unattended for extended periods, and always unplugging when the vehicle is not in use.
How quickly does it heat up?

Fast. You'll feel warmth within 30 seconds of switching it on. It reaches a consistent, comfortable temperature in under 5 minutes.

The seat cover automatically starts on the highest heat setting (25W) for rapid warm-up, then steps down to the medium setting (20W) after 10 minutes to maintain a comfortable temperature without overheating.

What are the heat settings?

There are three heat settings:

  • High (25W) — Maximum warmth. Auto-activates on startup, steps down to Medium after 10 minutes.
  • Medium (20W) — Comfortable cruising temperature for longer drives.
  • Low (13W) — Gentle background warmth once you've warmed up.

You can manually switch between settings at any time using the control button.

How do I clean the seat cover?

Both the Flannel and Cotton variants are easy to clean. Simply unplug the power cable, remove the cover from your seat, and hand wash with mild detergent in cold or lukewarm water.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron the seat cover. Always ensure it is completely dry before reconnecting and using.
What's the difference between Flannel and Cotton?

Flannel is ultra-soft and plush — if pure comfort is your priority, Flannel is the one. It has a slightly warmer feel even before the heating elements kick in.

Cotton is more durable and slightly more structured — a better choice if you're using it daily in a work vehicle or somewhere with heavier wear.

Both materials heat at the same rate and to the same temperature. It comes down to personal preference.

📦 Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations need to be requested as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at support@zuirr.com with your order number.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

To initiate a return, contact us at support@zuirr.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@zuirr.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no hassle.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

I ordered the wrong colour or size — can I exchange it?

Yes — if your item is unused and in original packaging, we can process an exchange within the 30-day return window. Contact us at support@zuirr.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for and we'll sort it out.

Are your products tested before you sell them?

Yes. Every product in the Zuirr range is selected and tested before it makes it to the store. We only carry products we'd use ourselves — practical, quality-focused solutions that solve real problems drivers face.

If a product doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make the cut. Simple as that.
