At Zuirr, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship to Australia and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [your free shipping threshold — e.g. $75 AUD]. Orders below this threshold will display the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email, or by visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Zuirr ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are concerned about potential charges. Zuirr is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order — there is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Zuirr is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@zuirr.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest status update
- Check with neighbours or your building manager in case the parcel was left with them
- Check that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@zuirr.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including re-shipping your order or issuing a refund where applicable.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zuirr.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
