Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when we deliver.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Zuirr ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country.
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Zuirr is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@zuirr.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processing.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number, check with neighbours or your local post office, and confirm your delivery address is correct.
If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@zuirr.com and we will arrange a re-shipment or refund.
